Return Period

  • We accept returns within 14 business days from the date you receive the product.
  • If the reason for the return is damage caused during transport, you must notify us within 24 hours so that we can file the appropriate claim with the shipping company.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. As these are personal hygiene products, these requirements are essential.

Refunds

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective items.

Exchanges
