Return Period
- We accept returns within 14 business days from the date you receive the product.
- If the reason for the return is damage caused during transport, you must notify us within 24 hours so that we can file the appropriate claim with the shipping company.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. As these are personal hygiene products, these requirements are essential.

Refunds
- Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective items.
Defective Products
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
